Phase VII Custom Home Construction Stage

  1. Custom Home Start Meeting
    Upon receipt of your final construction loan approval, we will meet to present and review your Start Package; complete with the construction plans and documents, site plan, building permit and Sales Agreement documents. Changes at this stage are discouraged.

  2. Settle On Construction Loan
    The Preferred Lender will coordinate with you and the title company to find a convenient time and location for the closing of your construction loan. As your custom home is being built, the Preferred Lender will answer any finance related questions you may have.

  3. Pre Drywall Inspection
    Prior to installation of drywall, we will meet at your convenience to complete and sign the Close-In Inspection Checklist for your luxury custom home.

  4. Final Draw Authorization & Home Owners Insurance
    I will contact you to sign the Final Draw Authorization Letter and obtain Homeowners Insurance. Upon release of the final draw, receipt of Homeowners Insurance, and receipt of the Use & Occupancy permit, you will be able to move into your new home.

  5. Final Pre-Occupancy Inspection
    We will walk your new home and prepare a punch list of items which may require additional attention. You will be enrolled under the Residential 10-Year Limited Warranty program.You will be given a list of all subcontractors that worked on your home.
