Phase IV Custom Home Design Development Stage

Design Development (Not Required if using Builder Plan)
We will review the Custom Home Design Development drawings (computer generated format) with the archtect, based upon approved conceptual drawings. Architect to provide if applicable front\rear elevations; foundation plan; finished lower level, first\second floor plans; building sections; finalized construction specifications, finishes, etc. which will impact design. There is only one review session in this phase as part of basic fee.
