Phase II Homeland Builders Preliminary Contract Stage

5. Review of Customer Lot or Builder Lot. I will walk the lot with you to discuss the siting of your new custom home. I will also review the status of your lot with respect to engineering, permitting, and site conditions.
   
6. Review Of Customer Specifications. We will discuss your preliminary construction specifications and review of your custom home plan so an initial contract price canbe prepared. To cover the costs of estimating your custom home plan, a small non-refundable fee will be required. It will be credited to your final sales price.
7. Initial Contract Price. An initial contract price will be presented to you based upon your preliminary construction specifications and preliminary lot site conditions. You will be required to sign our Sales Agreement to proceed any further.
